Marla leads the team at Somerset Gardens in all operational and business initiatives. She is responsible for maintaining high-level performance in all areas of service.
Marla has worked in Assisted Living for over 35 years. Prior to Chelsea, she spent more than three decades at Harbor View Senior Residence. She has experience in a variety of areas including business office management, case management, and administration.
