Chelsea Senior Living Expands to New City, New York

Chosen by Capitol Seniors Housing to manage an existing community
Chelsea Senior Living (“Chelsea”), a leader in senior care, lifestyle, and housing, is the newest manager at at 269 North Main Street in New City, New York, an existing Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
“Chelsea has proven they are one of the top senior living managers in the country and we are looking forward to their stewardship in New City,” said Scott Stewart, Founder and Managing Partner at Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH).

This is Chelsea’s first community in Rockland County, New York.

Chelsea opened two brand new communities last year and has at least one more community on the way. The Chelsea at West Orange is currently under development and is tentatively planned for a 2025 opening.
Future projects in New Jersey and New York are also being planned but have not been finalized at this time.
