Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Lifestyles & Life Enrichment Director to lead the creation of exceptional, luxury-level programming for our residents. This individual will curate experiences that are as enriching and vibrant as the residents we serve blending sophistication, creativity, and cultural relevance.

The ideal candidate is highly attuned to pop culture, current trends, and upscale living, with a deep understanding of how to design and execute engaging events and programs that reflect a high-end lifestyle. This position requires someone who can balance operational excellence with artistic vision, bringing energy, elegance, and innovation to every aspect of resident life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience Curation:
  • Design and oversee a robust calendar of luxury-level programs, cultural outings, and exclusive experiences aligned with the interests and aspirations of our residents.
  • Stay ahead of pop culture and lifestyle trends to deliver fresh, relevant, and exciting offerings.
  • Ensure programming reflects a sense of sophistication and personalization, similar to that of a luxury resort or private club.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build relationships with local cultural institutions, artists, musicians, and organizations to bring exclusive, high-quality opportunities into the community.
  • Foster meaningful intergenerational and community connections through partnerships and collaborations.
  • Event Planning & Execution:
  • Lead the planning and flawless execution of events from intimate gatherings and wellness retreats to high-profile signature experiences that elevate the community’s reputation.
  • Collaborate with culinary, wellness, and marketing teams to integrate lifestyle programming into the overall resident experience.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of lifestyle associates, instructors, and volunteers.
  • Create a culture of service and hospitality, emphasizing detail, refinement, and creativity.
  • Strategic Vision:
  • Develop long-term strategies to continuously elevate resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track success metrics and adapt programs to meet evolving resident interests and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Event Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in lifestyle programming, luxury hospitality, senior living, or upscale event management.
  • Strong knowledge of pop culture, fine arts, entertainment, culinary trends, and wellness.
  • Proven ability to create experiences that resonate with discerning clientele.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Highly polished communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for curating memorable moments.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams with a focus on excellence.
